

RJT undertook the earthworks element of the golf course construction including all topsoil stripping and storage, cut fill for fairways greens and tee’s, shaping works to greens, tee’s and bunkers. Excavation to form large water features, stone revetment to existing bodies of water. Import, crush and provide a settled formation for building plots within areas of water

Contractor design and manage an environmental plan to ensure compliance with SEPA regulations, planning conditions and control of silt to surrounding environment.
Working closely with Archaeologist and archaeological features using relevant techniques to satisfy restrictions.
Interpretation of Architects requirements and aspirations for the look and playability of the course.
